Our Law Enforcement
We are so grateful to God for the relationship we have with the LA County Sheriff's Department. Not only do they protect us, but they are also a huge blessing at our church! The officers truly have the heart 
of servants and it is visible in all the ways they show the community that they care.
They have donated toys to our toy giveaways and have even helped in passing them out! They have given out new toys to the kids and Christmas trees to families on Christmas! This is not the only way they show their love for their community. They have spoken at church services on multiple occasions, visited our kids during VBS week to teach them the importance of being
safe in the community and saying no to drugs and things that may try to hurt them, and have even served as food servers at our Thanksgiving dinners!
We are beyond blessed to have such a faithful group of officers looking out for us. Safety is the LASD's top priority, and they do their best to show the people of Lynwood that they are there to keep them safe. Our officers have been a part of an event where they handed out booklets about staying safe, served the kids ice cream sundaes, and they even brought a police car to let the kids sit inside of! It was a great memory for everyone there.
We love our law enforcement because they are dedicated to protecting us and serving us. Pastor Woody showed his appreciation for the 
officers by raising money to buy the officers new weights and fitness items! Pastor Woody has a wonderful relationship with the LASD, one that shows a world of fear and hatred that not all cops are bad. In fact, some are just incredible. Like ours.
